3. Approval of Agenda
Ms. Robbins made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Price seconded the motion. The motion passed.

Chair welcomed the members to the meeting.

Discussed future fund reporting.
10. Safety Drills Report
Ms. Winfree discussed the fire drill. It was discussed that the fire drill wasn’t optimal, construction partially obstructed exits, and new systems caused delays. Corrective measures were identified and are being implemented. Another fire drill will be scheduled in the near future.
11. School Fencing
Discussed placing a fence next to the path in the back of the school. It would include a gate. Also discussed adding a gate on the northeast corner. Discussed locking and unlocking times. The council unanimously supported adding the fence and gates. Ms. Heaton will draft a letter from the council.
12. New Safety Procedures
Ms. Winfree discussed pick up procedures. There was a discussion on the bus schedule change. There was a discussion about vehicle speeds on Galena
13. SCC Fundraiser Ideas
There was a discussion about a school fundraiser. There was broad support for not selling items. The council will continue to discuss school fundraiser ideas at future meetings.

16. Member Concerns/Comments
Discussed communication around the district, including the bus change. Highlighted great communication from some teachers.
Discussed skyward and Parent Square usage.
Discussed using the playground before and after school. Ms. Winfree discussed the rationale behind keeping it closed before and after school. It was discussed that the playground is unable to support 500 children and there are major concerns about safety.
Discussed recess concerns about high temperatures.
