Good afternoon Yeti Families,
We had such a great week back to school! We retaught expectations around the school. Students viewed the new dedication wall inside the front doors that gives tribute to Edgemont and Bell View as well as our Mission Statement above the entry stairs. The students also viewed the new lights that change color in our entryway. In the mornings, when there is an inside day, we will change those lights to red. Then parents that are dropping off will know students can come straight into the building.
Auditions for School Musical
January 11th and 12th, 3:40pm-5:00pm– Annie (Kids Edition) Musical Auditions for 4th and 5th graders. Sign-up packets will be distributed during the week after winter break. Those auditioning must come both days. Students do not need to prepare anything for auditions, just come ready to learn a song, a dance, and read character lines. The final performances will be May 9th and 10th. Rehearsals will be held after school. More specific information about the rehearsal schedule will be included in the sign-up packet.
Students who want to apply for stage crew (helping with lights, set painting, props, etc.) must fill out a form but do not need to attend auditions.

The Canyons Film festival will be April 27th. The entries are due on April 11th. Please read the attached flyer, some of you may want to work on an entry over the break!
