- Opening – Welcome
- Approval of Agenda – 1st Wendy, 2nd Steve, All approved
- Approval of Minutes from Jan 8th Meeting 1st Dustin, 2nd Steve All approved
- SCC Chair Update & Calendar -Teacher of year nominations end 2/6 at 5:00 pm. Currently we have only received 32 nominations. Julie will do one more push tomorrow. National Crossing Guard Day will be celebrated on 2/12 . Banners and a small gift will be given to our crossing guards. It has been added to the electronic sign. A message will be sent out to parents encouraging them to thank our crossing guards.
- Safety Drills Report – All drills are up to date. We will hold the Hazardous Materials later in the month.
- LAND Trust & TSSA Review
- Current year expenditures and progress – LandTrust is all staff. We have spent 44% so far of the budget. This does not include two weeks in January. We feel we are right on track and hope to roll over close to 10%.
- Discuss possible amendments (April deadline) – No amendment will be needed.

- Final Report Status (2024–2025) – Mrs Winfree reviewed the 2024-2025 final report. We have made growth, but did not reach our goals. This year we are seeing more growth in students. The final report will be posted to the school website for the community to view.
- 2026–2027 Plan Development
- Review preliminary data/ Acadience Scores – We reviewed current data from the winter Acadience. We are seeing great growth in some grades. Other grades have made mid-year adjustments. Kindergarten is making huge growth.
- Member input on goals and priorities – The team reviewed preliminary goals and liked where the direction for the LandTrust plans. There will need to be lots of cuts due to needing to hire a teacher with the LandTrust money. In March we will finalize the plan.
