1. Opening – Welcome!

2.  Attendance: 

• Present: Julie Winfree (Principal), Katie Hughes, Lisa Moon, Kristine Wilson, Lori Salter, Dustin Hughes, Stephanie Robbins

• Guests: Alison Milne (Vice Principal), Kristie Koyle

• Approval of Agenda- Motion – Lisa Moon, seconded – Dustin Hughes
• Approval of Minutes from November Motion – Stephanie Robbins, seconded – Kristine Wilson 
• SCC Chair Update & Calendar – none
• Safety Drills Report – We are up to date with the drills.  We have been using Crisis Go and it is not reliable.  The district is looking into it to see how to improve it. 
• Cell Tower money $2514.04  Vote to move to Principal Discretionary Fund – We postponed this vote until February. 
• Review of council’s stewardship items – Land Trust Funds, TSSA budgets – we are on track and have been paying salaries.  We will try to spend all purchases by the end of February, 
• 2025-2026 plan – goals or ideas, input from members? Next meeting will be longer as we will have data and ideas from the BLT. Ideas: Wellness room, additional reading aides, continue math aides.
• District Focus Items (if any) – Discussion of Armed Guards.
